The purpose of this application is to collect some basic information about you and your interest in coaching with Kim. It will help her assess whether she is the right fit to support and guide you through her process.

This form consists of 10 short questions. Upon reviewing your application, Kim will follow up with you directly via email to share next steps.

If she see possibilities for collaboration based on your needs and the services we provide, she will reach out to set-up a free consultation over Zoom.

In the event your development goals are not the right fit for her expertise, she will respond with her honest perspective about why and will recommend another colleague that will be a better coach for you.

Any information you share on this application will remain entirely confidential, regardless of whether we end up working together.
