This collaborative conversation with Daniel shines a big light on how to tune into your intuition and follow what lights you up and trust your hope. He has an inspiring journey and doesn’t shy away from giving us the honest truth of his path and what he continues to learn today.
A few key takeaways from this conversation:
- You may have some harder moments but 95% of the time it’ll go your way if you’re willing to listen and be kind.
- There is a right way or a wrong way.
- You cannot lead in the middle but it is important to let your teammates learn the way as well.
- You have to start somewhere.
- Meet people and thinking differently on how to find opportunities.
- When a door opens that you are curious about, you should walk through it. - Value trust over the alternative.
- Learn how to shrink the problem - simple thinking can lead to big outcomes.
- It’s ok to fall in and out of love with things, but when you are at the center of it, acknowledge what makes it so special.
- The greatest job of a leader is to make themselves replaceable.
- Use your eyes then ask how do we make it better?
