Ep 17 - Leadership is making the best positive impact to the people around you that you can with guest Kate Edwards.

Kate Edwards is an executive coach and consultant in the hospitality industry. Her calling and mission is to support any and all leaders to find their vision and voice. She’s an inspiration and keeps the conversation honest. Kate shares with us how to set ourselves up for success by putting together our support systems and holding our vision. There are so many good takeaways in this conversation for you to grab onto!

A little  fun fact, Kate was one of the women in my collective that I hoped one day I’d have the opportunity to connect with - and two years later, as I was leaving FAB Workshop last summer to catch my flight back to NYC, Kate was sitting at the table next to my dear friend Sarah Diehl,  the intro was made, and now here we are. To bring it full circle on Kate’s words “hold your vision for yourself” - I did just that and trusted that one day our paths would come together to meet and collaborate!
